Miss. MaryAnn Christopher
Rochelle joined the Joseph Gomez Macislyn Bamboula Dance Company in the 2nd grade. It was taught by the wonderful and beautiful Miss. Christopher, who was accompanied by Mr. Isborne Fredericks, and Miss. Linda Carson!
Today it is known as the Macislyn Bamboula Dance Company, Inc and led by Miss Christopher's daughter Allegra Christopher. Prior to Miss. Christopher passing (R.I.H.) her and Rochelle spoke about expanding the Afro-Caribbean dance stateside, and Rochelle is in full motion to fulfill those plans/promises from their conversation! American Destiny DHQ and VI Spicey Diamond DHQ met in Toronto, Ontario, Canada during a Dancehall Queen competition that they were both competing in! In Diamond's words "she was the nicest, sweetest person I met there that night in 2005". -RSMorrishaw
